During the war period, delivery takes place once a week.
If within 10 days from the date of dispatch you have not picked up the parcel at Nova Poshta, it is automatically returned to us, in which case you cover the costs of storing and returning the parcel at Nova Poshta rates.

We also deliver outside of Ukraine for orders over UAH 3,000. To do this, write to us in a letter the shipping address and the list of goods you want to order, we will calculate the cost of delivery and prepare an invoice for payment of the order and delivery.
